We aim to bring Southeast and West European cultures closer to each other through collaboration with cultural organisations in the Balkan regions. We are convinced that Southeast European cinema art deserves a cross-border infrstructure; a social network connected to West European artists, cultural entrepeneurs and funds that enables all likeminded to share information and expertise and engage in cooperation.
